Refunds are issued only to those customers who qualify for the 5 Drawing Guarantee.  To qualify for the guarantee, you simply have to play using the software/system as instructed (i.e. if the software generates $4 in tickets, you must play all $4 in tickets, exactly as shown) and if you do not win a prize (of any amount) within 5 consecutive drawings or less, within 30 days, you will be issued a complete refund of the purchase price of the software/system.

Additionally, to qualify you may be asked to show proof of play by providing copies of your tickets – so please save all of the tickets you play.  Due to the electronic form of this product refunds will not be issued for any other reason, which includes but is not limited to technical issues/difficulties on the customer’s end.
